The Armenian Evangelical Emmanuel church has been established is 1852. And the building which nowadays is being used as a worshipping place was built in 1923.

The Church had a wealthy past and it had brought valuable investment to the Armenian Evangelical union's life.

-Nowadays the church has 135 families, 425 persons.

-The Sunday worship attendance is between 150-160persons.

-The number of Sunday school teachers is 7, who with the assistance of their director organize different activities such as graduation ceremonies, picnics, assemblies, games, etc. in addition to their worship services each Sunday morning. The number of Sunday school children's in between 65-70

-Ladies auxiliary has a committee of 9ladies. they organize worship, lectures, feasts, picnics and different visit to the church's families in both sad and happy occasions. Ladies have a considerable role in creating warm relation between the church's families and approach them more to the church with it's interesting activities. Almost 60-70 ladies attend the weekly worship.

-The church's youth committee consists of 6 person with the pastor on their heard, they plan youth's Sunday worship and their weekly activities such as bible study and various program. In addition of these, they organize picnics, feasts, lectures, evangelizing courses and choirs in different occasions.

The number of the youths nowadays is between 55-65. And the those who attend the bible study class is 35-40.
